Ghost Ranch and cold wax medium

A view from Chimney Rock during our hike see the ranch below
You may ask your self why I feel Ghost Ranch is a great place for a workshop in cold wax and oil?

The landscape and color is breathtaking especially for this east coast girl.  Artists have come to this area for years to seek inspiration and rest. The Native Americans find the canyon a spiritual place and "thin place" in the world.  I come back from this area with new ideas and friends.

I would love for you to join me this October at Ghost Ranch Oct 8 - 14 for abstraction and cold wax painting.

Hike to Box Canyon

I have heard locals call this time of year "yellow season" the Aspens, Cotton woods and many wild flowers are yellow and with the blue skies of the south west what more could you ask for for inspiration.
Wild flowers that cover the hill sides.

Please consider this workshop! Your work will only develop in a positive way.

Cheers,
Cindy
