Abstraction....."Narrative"

Narrative is one of a series of paintings which began as an exploration of smoky urban colors.  I came to realize that these colors are Western NC during the late fall and winter; foggy days and my studio along the railroad tracks.  Narrative seems to have a story to tell as you travel through the painting along the tracks and hits of warm yellow.
