I spent 4 days at hunting camp with he and his friends he has known for 55plus years. To some of you this will be alarming but this is how I spent most Autumn weekends of my youth; in the woods. It is because of those days of tromping around in Gulf Hammock, Fl or middle GA. that I find the time, light, and space in my paintings.

Time with Dad
I am very fortunate to still have my father as part of my life. My mom past away in January 2013 and it has given me even more appreciation of the time I spend with my " Daddy". My father goes by Pop these days and I think I am the only one of 6 daughters and 3 granddaughters that call him Daddy.
