Creating a new Series 3

In order to work serially I always have several paintings that I am working on at one time.  Each painting informs the other.  The size and certain tools may very but I try to stay focused on my common theme.  Below is the first completed in a small series of three.  Each are 20x20 inches.  I chose to revisit a color palette I use often but  tried to develop different ways of mark making to express depth and richness.
