Walk

I went walking today with our white poodle Cleo.  I like to go to Carrier Park in Asheville.  It was an industrial space by the river that has been made a beautiful park.  The interesting thing I always notice is the noise.  There is an interstate across the river and a very busy road on the other side.  I once painted a small series in honor of this park, Take Me to the River.  It's a funny/interesting duality, industry and the beauty of western North Carolina.
