new work February 28, 2011

I've been working with neutrals texture and line.  These deal with old places that have been traveled on or over.  Perhaps a garden waiting for spring.  With these few pieces I am forcing myself  not to allow color to pull the composition out but the line and the history being created by the layers of texture, wax.
